Training/workouts are programmed for roughly 45-60 minutes per session and are designed to the exact specifications and needs of the Athlete. (Frequency of workouts throughout the week are tailored to the needs of the Athlete.)

Email will include invitation link to download True Coach app and program will be included in True Coach account for the duration of the program length and will be able to download the program for future reference.
