This is where it all begins. On this 15-minute phone consultation, our team will listen as you talk about what limitations you’re dealing with now, and how it’s affecting your ability to compete or live the active lifestyle you desire. We want to hear all about it!
2. Find the Root Cause and make a plan
You will be matched with a performance physical therapist based on your unique needs and goals. Your performance physical therapist will take you through the most in-depth evaluation to identify the root cause of your issues and limitations.
You will leave your evaluation with total clarity on what its going to take to solve your problem. Your PT will create a custom plan based on where you are now and where you want to go.
3. work the plan and trust the process
Once you book your phone consultation and get set up with your performance physical therapist the hard part is really over. Now you and your PT carry out the plan and get you back to your sport — pain-free.
Sometimes rehabbing an injury is hard. But we guide you through the plan and trust the process. We aren't in the game of "quick fixes." We want to solve your problem and keep it from coming back.
