Katie comes to us with a wealth of experience and knowledge managing people and systems. Katie was born and raised in Florida, but moved to Georgia in 2014. Initially holding jobs in retail and then as office manager for a nationwide industrial manufacturing company, her career trajectory moved into the aviation industry. For the past decade, Katie worked for two international airlines where she managed multiple programs overseeing safety reporting. She holds FAA pilot and dispatch certificates, and remains deeply passionate about aviation safety.
Her introduction to the medical industry occurred in 2022, when she experienced an injury that drove her to seek physical therapy. Katie's desire to help people be healthy led her to join the physical therapy community and join The Mobile Athlete team. She lives in Newnan with her husband Steven, and in her spare time she enjoys reading and traveling to new places.
